HOW TO ENTER COMPETITIONS
INDIVIDUAL COMPETITION ENTRY

To enter the ELLCGA competitions please carefully follow the instructions below: –
- You must Top up your SG Account prior to entering the competition.Entry is £15.00 and the minimum Top Up is £20.00 – you can enter up to 3 x players – so you can top up with £30 or £45 or add to any balance you currently hold if you wish to enter other ladies.
The easiest way to add ladies to the tee time is to add them to your friends on the SG App – instructions can be found on the Scottish Golf Website – https://www.scottishgolf.org/how-to-guides
If you have not topped up your account previously – please try to top up before the entry opens – top up is only available through the Golfer Login on the Scottish Golf Website not the App. If you encounter issues trying to Top Up please contact Scottish Golf on the following email – appsupport@scottishgolf.org – You will find Top Up Instructions along with instructions on how to enter a Competition below.
Players without smartphones.
- If you do not own a smart phone please send an email to ellcga2@gmail.com stating your name, and preferred start time from the following options – Early Morning, Mid-Morning, Late Morning, Early Afternoon or Mid Afternoon – The committee will do our best to accommodate requests, however please note there will be no entries input to the competition prior to the opening date and time, all emailed entries will be made on a first come first served basis and you will receive notification of your tee time.
Withdrawing from the Competition
- If you wish to withdraw before the competition closing date go into your competition entry in the App, press withdraw from the competition and this will generate a refund through Stripe.
- There will be no refunds after the closing date and any withdrawals from this date are to be notified to the Hon. Secretary on the following email – ellcga2@gmail.com
Tee Time Amendments
- The Committee reserve the right to amend a tee time booked online if necessary e.g. to make proper use of the times available and avoid unnecessary gaps in the order of play. If a tee time is changed the player will be notified individually.
FOURSOMES COMPETITION ENTRY

To enter the ELLCGA Foursome Competitions please carefully follow the instructions below: –
Open the Scottish Golf App – Select the Competition– You can find ELLCGA Competitions under ‘Club’ for ELLCGA Members whose home club does not use the Scottish Golf system or under ‘Regional’ for ELLCGA Members whose home club uses the SG system (e.g. The Glen).
- To enter yourself plus playing partner, press Enter – a message will come up stating ‘You need two people to play in the event’, enter your partner by their CDH Number (Do not use ‘enter club members’) – enter CDH and your partner’s details appear – press Confirm and pay or top up your account with Visa, Mastercard or Amex via Stripe – Press My Tee Time – Select your slot – the second player being entered must then access their App, and confirm their entry. The only payment due is paid by the person who is doing the entry.
Please note the following –
- It is important that you select your tee time or your entry will sit to the side of the draw and be manually input by the Committee.
- The playing partner who has been entered will receive an email to confirm the entry
- If you wish to change your playing partner, please email the Hon. Secretary on ellcga2@gmail.com with the name of your new partner.
