AGM and Prize Giving 2019

In her captain’s report Jenni Ray welcomed everyone to the meeting at North Berwick Golf Club and was pleased to announce that Catriona Matthew had agreed that a trophy could be presented in her name. “The Catriona Matthew Team Trophy” will be played for by club teams in the Autumn Meeting. One of the highlights of her captaincy was the commitment and performance of the County Squad at the Jamboree.

The treasurer, Elaine Wolstencraft reported a healthy financial position in the light of which there will be no change to subscriptions or entry fees.  Some changes will be made to on-line booking, competitions will open for booking 4 weeks ahead of the competition and there will be changes to how refunds are processed.

The proposed changes to the constitution were approved including a new Intermediate membership category for 18 to 25 year olds.
