Pre-season Lunch – 24th March 2018

We have now looked at the diaries with Renaissance to re-schedule this event and Saturday 24th March suits Renaissance. We are very conscious that the later we leave it the more likely we are to clash with early season medals, matches and other events.

If you were already booked for the event on the 3rd please email Jenni Ray at jennixray@gmail.com by the 12th March to confirm that you are able to attend on the new date. After that date the event will be opened up to those who were unable to attend last time. Please add the words “I AM COMING” to the subject line

If you were not able to come on the 3rd but would like to come to the re-scheduled lunch please email Jenni Ray at jennixray@gmail.com and ask to be added to the reserve list. Please add the words “RESERVE LIST” to the subject line.
